Bad service. Shoes like not washed. The result is just the same. Will not come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan. Nyuci sepatu dan sedikit perbaikan (pengeleman) selesai satu bulan dan sebagian besar terlewat /tidak di lem). Janji 10 hari selesai nyatanya baru selesai dalam waktu 28 hari. Tingkat kebersihan sepatupun biasa saja.
Very disappointing. Shoe washes and a little repair (gluing) finished one month and mostly missed / not glued). In fact, the 10-day promise was completed in 28 days. The level of cleanliness of shoes is normal.

Saya kecewa sekali dengan hasilnya..nggak sesuai dgn harganya..
Saya cuci 2 sepatu nih yang sbnernya jg kalo dr sebelum dicuci jg gak begitu kotor bgt.. hanya tapak yang pasti kotor pemakian lah ya.. tapi tetap di hitung HARD. Krn sy masih mikir baiknya.. mungkin kotor kayak gni masuk kategori Hard. Dan memang hasilnya bisa lebih bersih nanti.. Yaudah saya Oke in aja (bayar normal ya.. bukan Promo lho)
Nah bbrapa hari setelahnya sy kembali sesuai jadwal kelar sepatunya..
Sepatu sudah selesai nih.. saya langsung d kasih sepatunya dan saya balik pulang..
Sampai drumah saya cek sepatunya.
Hadeeeehh.. sgt kecewa deh . Kayak nggak di cuci.. gak ada bedanya dari sebelum dcuci.. kecuali bagian telapak kaki yang "lumayan" bersih. Itu pun telapaknya masih kelihatan kotornya.. nggak merata deh..
Bagian depan jg masih kotor..
Mohon maaf kalo harga sudah mahal.. tolong lah kualitasnya di sesuaikan..ini jauh broo.. sy gak sekali ini aja kok cuci sepatu ini.. sudah bbrapa kali.. tp ditempat lain bisa lebih bersih dan lebih murah.. saya kira awalnya dsni bisa lebih bersih ternyata.. haduh ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️ gak sesuai dengan harganya
Sepatu jg masih lembab.. bagian dalam belum kering.. di kasih parfum wangi2 sih. Tp ini masih lembab dalamnya.. semoga aja ada keajaiban gak bau apek nanti..
2 pasang sepatu nasibnya sama.. kayak gitu lah..
Terus bagian dalam nih.. masih ada pasir2nyaa.. ini nyucinya gmna gak tau deh.. gak bersih intinya.. dan bagian sol yg masih lembab.. jdi parfumnya agak apek. .
Terus yang bikin lebih malesin lagi. Saya datang nggak ada tukang parkir.. tiap mau balik tiba2 ada tukang parkir..
Motor kena parkir 3000 ya utk sekali datang.. kaliin 2 dah itu kan.. ?♂️
Semoga nanti tokonya bisa lebih profesional dan servicenya bisa sesuai dgn harga. Satu lgi tukang parkir jg klo mau markir jagain motornya.. gak kelayapan kemana2.. ni udah dkt jalan baru gw d palakin.. cukup deh..kapok sy..

I was very disappointed with the results ... not according to the price ...
I washed 2 shoes, the same if before washing it wasn't really dirty too .. only the treads were definitely dirty, huh .. but still counted HARD. Because I still think it's good ... maybe it's dirty like this in the Hard category. And indeed the results can be cleaner later ... Okay, I'm OK (pay normally ... not a promo, you know)
So a few days after that I returned according to the schedule for the completion of the shoes ..
The shoes are finished ... I immediately gave them the shoes and I returned home ...
When I got home I checked the shoes.
Hadeeeehh .. really disappointed. Like not washing .. it doesn't make any difference from before washing it .. except for the "pretty" clean feet. Even that, the palms still look dirty .. not evenly distributed ..
The front is still dirty too ...
Sorry if the price is already expensive ... please adjust the quality ... this is far, bro ... I don't just wash this shoe for once ... it's been a few times ... but other places can be cleaner and cheaper ... I thought at first dsni can be cleaner turns out ... huh ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️ not according to the price
The shoes are still damp .. the inside is not dry yet .. the perfume is given. But it's still humid inside ... I hope there's a miracle it won't smell musty later ...
2 pairs of shoes have the same fate ... like that ...
Then the inside .. there is still sand .. how do you do it, I don't know .. the point is not clean .. and the soles are still damp .. so the perfume is a bit musty. .
Then what makes it even more lazy. I came there was no parking attendant .. every time I wanted to come back suddenly there was a parking attendant ..
The motorbike has been parked for 3000, yes, once it comes ... it's 2 times right ... ?♂️
Hopefully later the shop can be more professional and the service can match the price. One more parking attendant, if I want to park, take care of the motorbike ... it doesn't fly anywhere ... it's already on a new road, I'm in palakin ... that's enough ... why am I ...
