★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good service though. Not friendly staff. It should closed by 12 midnight but before even 11.30 pm, they will start to say no to customers. I have been printing here for many times actually since it is the closest one to my house. My last experience is really bad, i was queuing for 25 mins, then it was my turn, the staff opened my file but it didn't work because the corel draw software they have currently is the old software.
I don't recommend you to do major printing and urgent documents here. It is not reliable. For something that not urgent might be enough. And it is definitely pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a regular snappy outlet. Place is old, used to be 2 floors service but now its only 1. Service is average. But conviniently sandwiched with many yummy food vendors, to name a few Soto Medan Syamsudin, Hokben, Holland Bakery etc and Bakmi Shanghai at noon to night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember coming here when it was newly opened. The service was nice, the work was good. Over time on my next visits service from the staff has been inconsistent. Their service was bad even when it was not busy. I also don't like that I have been catching and continue to catch sly look from the staff. On a number of occasions I was worried that they were being dishonest. As if they were putting on a facade to serve customers correctly but genuinely feeling and thinking the opposite. I will never come back.
They provide most services that Snapy ordinarily offers. The waiting time and quality of their work is mediocre.

This is a huge chain shops that are generally providing all sort of copying, printing, binding services etc.
It is also one of the more reliable chains around.
This particular shop is strategically located on the main street of Muara Karang area, easily spotted. One drawback is that the staff are less attentive and not very customer-oriented, which Ida pity.
