Kepala sekolahnya adalah Bapak H. Hasanuddin S.Ag. M.Pd. pesantren ini memiliki lab komputer, ruang perpustakaan, mushola, dan sudah mengikuti sistem UNBK. Sebagian area pesantren dikelililingi pagar standar. Untuk pengajar yang jauh, disediakan mes. Disini ada Qori anak sudah tingkat Internasional yaitu Saudara Miftah. H. Ali beliau sebagai Qori Nasional yang mempelopori berdirinya Pesantren Al Kautsar sekaligus sebagai guru besar ilmu Al Qur'an dan Pendidikan Qori Qoriah. Pesantren ini sudah banyak menciptakan generasi Qori dari seluruh Indonesia.
 AL Kautsar Islamic Boarding School Foundation, is an integrated Islamic Junior High School in Pondok Cabe Ilir, South Tangerang. This pesantren is still new, with more students now. The school principal is Mr. H. Hasanuddin S.Ag. M.Pd. This pesantren has a computer lab, library room, mosque, and has followed the UNBK system. Some pesantren areas are surrounded by standard fences. For instructors who are far away, mes. Here there is an international level Qori child, Brother Miftah. H. Ali, he was the National Qori who pioneered the establishment of the Al Kautsar Islamic Boarding School and at the same time as a professor of Qur'anic knowledge and Qori Qoriah Education. This pesantren has created many Qori generations from all over Indonesia.
