★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I complain about my modem, after cs check , the problem is my modem broke. So I ask if I can buy a modem here, he said no stock. Then I ask if I can buy modem unlock all operator, he said to make sure my smartfren can use in the new modem. Now, I call cs smartfren by phone, the cs said I must unlock my smartfren card first so I can use in my new modem (WHATT ) if in the first place, cs staff in this gallery offer me to unlock my card .So I didn't wasting time to comeback to the gallery
