Very professional psychologists and psychiatrists. Now our daughter can focus on studying and her achievement has improved considerably. The place is more comfortable than in the Orchid Garden before moving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat cukup bagus. Psikolog juga bagus dalam konseling dan terapi. Satu kekurangan yaitu cara kerja CS nya. Entah itu CS nya atau aturan perusahaan ?.
Saat mau book konseling 1 week notice selalu dijawab waiting list atau full.
Tapi H-2 pasti diinfo kalau bisa dijadwalkan. Dalam penentuan waktu CS langsung bilang 15:00. Saat saya jawab tidak bisa 15:00, CS bisa langsung rubah jam 13:00.
Kemudian saya coba minta jam 11:00.
CS menjawab tidak bisa karena psikolog baru datang jam 13:00.
Saya jadi merasa CS berbohong soal waiting list . Kalau memang waiting list, tidak akan semudah itu rubah jam Konseling kan ? .
Fyi sudah datang konseling beberapa bulan disana dengan kondisi CS seperti itu.
Pretty good place. Psychologists are also good at counseling and therapy. One drawback is the way the CS works. Is it CS or company rules?.
When you want to book 1 week notice counseling, the answer is always a waiting list or full.
But D-2 must be informed if it can be scheduled. In determining the time, CS immediately said 15:00. When I answered I couldn't at 15:00, CS could immediately change it at 13:00.
Then I tried asking for 11:00.
CS said no because the psychologist only came at 13:00.
I feel like CS is lying about the waiting list. If it's a waiting list, it won't be as easy as changing the hours of counseling, right? .
Fyi has been there for several months for counseling with CS's condition like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there when they were at Taman Anggrek Mall. I am not sure why they were different maybe because of my negotiation about the therapy fee, anyway they agreed therefore we continued. The therapist kept changing therapy method as far as I can remember for every session we met and didn't have a clear and transparent plan when asked about the treatment. They also used an outdated psychological method such as ask you to Stop the thought. They were not just a psychologist but also judgmental and lack of people skill. They made you felt uncomfortable and didn't exercise their psychological ability during the interaction. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone but if you want just get into the room and chat maybe you can reconsider.
