Jarak terdekat ke pintu tol sekitar 3,7 km, yaitu Pintu Tol Sawangan (Tol Depok - Antasari). Tidak terlalu jauh juga untuk akses ke pusat-pusat perbelanjaan, kurang lebih sekitar 3 km. Keamanan 24 jam. Pintu keluar masuk memakai sistem one gate, jadi mudah dan terkontrol dalam pengamanan lingkungan di perumahan.

The closest distance to the toll gate is about 3.7 km, namely the Sawangan Toll Gate (Depok - Antasari Toll Road).
