Saya adalah konsumen smart cctv sejak tahun 2013.. Karena terakhir renovasi properti, saya melakukan banyak pindah titik kamera. Kemudian timbul tagihan, saya minta diskon 300 ribu.. Owner memberikan refund pengembalian uang 300 rb tersebut..
Kemudian saya meminta perbaikan satu buah kamera yang rusak.. berulang hingga satu bulan lebih.., ditanggapi dengan baik oleh pihak admin, tetapi tidak mendapat persetujuan owner untuk ditindak lanjuti..
Saya whatsapp, telepon ke pihak owner.., tidak tersambung.. Ternyata no hp saya di blokir oleh owner..
Lalu saya hubungi owner dengan nomor hp lain dan tersambung.. Tetapi owner menyatakan tidak bersedia membantu saya seterusnya.. Dan menyuruh saya mencari vendor lain saja..
Mengabaikan konsumen dengan memblokir no hp konsumen.. Konsumen cerewet rewel itu kan wajar.. Jual jasa seharusnya sabar meladeni konsumen, jangan main blokir dan abaikan.. Semua hal kan bisa dibicarakan baik-baik.. Ndak asal main abaikan..
