★ ★ ★ ★ ★ satu-satunya sma negeri di kecamatan semin, fasilitas lumayan lengkap, tempat luas, parkir luas. Ada jurusan IPA dan IPS, ada perpustakaan, lab tari, komputer, Seni, biologi, fisika, kimia, matematika. Lapangan basket gabung sama futsal, lapangan voli ada sendiri. lokasi pinggir jalan raya, fotokopian tinggal nyebrang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SMA terbaik di wilayah Gunungkidul bagian utara. Pernah sekolah disini pada 2006-2009. Sangat berkesan hehe. Ada masjid lumayan besar, lapangan basket juga gede. Top. Maju terus SMA Semin Yang Jaya.
