★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali dtg ditawarin paket facial + medical treatment, dan salesnya bilang krn booking hari senin jadi dapet gratis facial sekali. Sales menjelaskan facial + medical treatmentnya bisa dilakukan bersamaan di hari tsb. Begitu masuk kedalam ruangan, terapis bilang ga bisa krn saya sdg berjerawat.
Kedatangan kedua saya kembali datang di hari senin dan confirm utk melakukan free facial yg saya dptkn dan medical trilogy treatment, sesampainya saya dtg resepsionis mengatakan kl mrk lupa dokter TIDAK ADA JADWAL DI HARI SENIN DI SEMUA CABANG dan tdk bs medical treatment krn ga ada dokter.
Selanjutnya saya di tlpn utk kunjungan ketiga dan confirm bahwa ada dokter di hari itu. Ketika mau mulai treatment dokter bilang sebaiknya disuntik untuk beberapa jerawat, dan setelah disuntik, terapis kembali bilang maaf kakak krn kakak baru disuntik kita ga bs medical treatment nya.
Very disappointed and really not recommend
The first time I was offered a facial + medical treatment package, and the salesman said that because the booking was Monday, I got a free facial once. Sales explained that facial + medical treatment can be done simultaneously on that day. As soon as I entered the room, the therapist said I couldn't because I had acne.
My second arrival came back on Monday and confirmed to do the free facial that I got and medical trilogy treatment, when I arrived at the receptionist I said they forgot the doctor had NO SCHEDULE ON MONDAY IN ALL BRANCHES and could not be medical treatment because there were no doctors.
Then I was in the phone for the third visit and confirmed that there was a doctor on that day. When I wanted to start treatment, the doctor said that it was better to get injections for some pimples, and after the injection, the therapist again said sorry brother because we just got a shot, we can't get the medical treatment.
Very disappointed and really not recommend

The waiters here are good, especially the doctor.. this action doesn't hurt the face.. the skin + products are good too, cucox on my skin.. thx nurse and doctor.. good job ️
