Apa aja ada. Seperti swalayan juga. Es krim ada, obat ada,. Cemilan tersedia. Roti basah apalagi. Jadi sewaktu-waktu pengen makan roti basah ada lho macamnya juga banyak dan selalu baru.
Ada mie ayam juga.
Sembako juga tersedia. Harga bersahabat dan penjualnya ramah.

Sebab aneka camilan roti dan cake diolah sendri dari dapur kios yang terletak persis selatan Gapura Desa Masahan.Dengan variasi aneka roti kering yang bisa kita pilih saat datang ke kios ini. Kedai roti ini juga menyediakan aneka bahan kebutuhan untuk membuat roti di rumah. Untuk harga terhitung masih terjangkau dan murah.
Selain itu kita bisa pesan cake disini kuantitas eceran ataupun partai besar, dengan bentuk dan rasa yang mengikuti harga yang telah disepakati dengan ibu pemilik kedai roti.
Kedai roti ini buka setiap hari kecuali hari atau jam tertentu mungkin tutup sementara waktu. Kedai yang buka pada pagi sekira pukul 6.00 pagi hingga malam hari pada jam 21.00an. Jam kunjungan rami mungkin sekitar siang hingga menjelang sore hari. Tempat parkirnya luas baik untuk mobil dan motor. Lokasinya tepat di Jalan Ir H Juanda Trirenggo. Dari rumah dinas Bupati Bantul menuju arah selatan sekitar 400 meter. Berada sebelah kiri jalan masuk ke desa Masahan. Dari Pinggin jalan juga sudah terlihat plakat tulisan tokonya. Jangan ragu datang kemari pasti selain harga yang cocok ibu pemilik kedai roti juga ramah melayani kita meskipun membeli secara eceran.
Kiosnya juga menyediakan kebutuhan untuk rumah tangga meskipun bukan sekelas minimarket, namun untuk keperluan sehari hari rumah tangga beoleh dibilang cukup lengkap.
