Semuanya bagus, tapi ada satu hal yang penting justru terlewatkan untuk dinilai bagus. KEAMANAN.
Teknologi CC TV belum dapat dioperasikan dan digunakan secara sempurna untuk membantu memberikan keamanan di perumahan ini. Disini semua rumah tidak diberi pagar. IT MEANS THAT pos keamanan paling depan adalah garda terdepan untuk mencegah penjahat masuk 24 Jam secara shift.
Beberapa waktu lalu sahabat saya kemalingan motor terekam oleh CC TV sangat jelas dengan durasi yang lama, dan katanya petugas berjaga 24 jam. Tapi kenapa bisa hilang??. Artinya seluruh sistem keamanan masih perlu ditatar ulang. Petugas keamanan harus yang TERLATIH secara fisik dan mental, menjalankan patroli keamanan di jam-jam kritis, melakukan evaluasi peningkatan kualitas keamanan dengan warga dan managemen SINBAD, mampu membaca hasil rekaman CCTV, dan menindak dengan tegas pelaku kejahatan demi kenyamanan warga perumahan, bekerja sama dengan kepolisian setempat.
Sinbad belum dikatakan *aman* sebelum itu semua diperbaiki. Jangan tunggu 100 motor atau 1000 mobil hilang baru diperbaiki. Pencegahan tindak kejahatan itu sangat perlu di perumahan elit seperti ini. SO, Go get it! Posisikan petugas keamanan yang terlatih!

Everything is good, but there is one important thing that is overlooked to be considered good. SECURITY.
CC TV technology has not been fully operational and used to help provide security in this housing. Here all the houses are not fenced. IT MEANS THAT the frontline security post is the front line to prevent criminals from entering 24 hours on a shift.
Some time ago, my friend's motorcycle theft was recorded by CC TV very clearly with a long duration, and he said the officer was on duty 24 hours. But why can it be lost??. This means that the entire security system still needs to be rearranged. Security officers must be physically and mentally TRAINED, run security patrols at critical hours, evaluate security quality improvements with residents and SINBAD management, be able to read CCTV footage, and take firm action against criminals for the convenience of residents of housing, in collaboration with local police.
Sinbad has not been said to be *safe* before that is all fixed. Don't wait for 100 motorbikes or 1000 cars to be lost to fix it Prevention of crime is very necessary in elite housing like this. SO, Go get it! Position trained security guards!
