+ harga paling kompetitif, paling murah untuk sekelasnya
+ walau murah, tapi fasilitas komplit, untuk kelas eksekutif (32 seat) terdapat charger di masing2 kursi yg bahkan PO lebih mahal ngga menyediakan
+ supir mengutamakan layanan, ngga asal ngebut, walau kadang lebih cepat sampai dibanding estimasi
+ masakan yg disediakan termasuk paling enak dibanding PO yg lain
- kadang terlambat masuk terminal kampung rambutan
- perlu ada pemberitahuan ke penumpang apabila ada keterlambatan

Tempat duduk sangat minim dan banyak yg berdiri atau duduk tanpa prokes.
