Setelah genteng datang ternyata ada beberapa yang retak dan pecah. Kami sudah menghibungi marketing 4/5 kali, namun sampai saya memposting tulisan ini petugas dari Sinar Bhuana belum ada yg datang, Saya sebagai konsumen sangat dirugikan, yang kami tunggu bukti bukan janji. tks

Sorry in advance... tempted by this post on social media, I finally bought the tile here. At the beginning, it was explained that if there was a defect, it would be replaced. After the roof tiles arrived, it turned out that there were some cracked and broken tiles. We have contacted marketing 4/5 times, but until I post this article, no one from Sinar Bhuana has come, I as a consumer are very disadvantaged, what we are waiting for is evidence, not promises. thx
