★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli melalui JD.id, kasur seharga 4jt pas dibuka plastiknya, kasurnya bau, kotor dan bau. Komplain melalui telpon dan whatsapp tidak ada tanggapan. Ngasih review di JD.id, review pelanggan di hapus, ngajuin purna jual ga ada tanggapan.
Sangat tidak recommended
I bought it via JD.id, the mattress for 4 million when it opened the plastic, the bed smelled, dirty and smelly. Complaints by telephone and WhatsApp no response. Give a review on JD.id, customer reviews are deleted, there is no response to after sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesen kasur dikirim senin malah ga ada kabar? Padahal sudah mnt krm pagi hari / pengiriman pertama,jawaban marketingnya " oh saya libur bu ". Jdi semua disrrahkan ke supir ga ada kabar seharian.
Ordered the mattress sent Monday even though there was no news? Even though it was already in the morning of the first morning / delivery, the marketing answer was "oh I'm off mom". So everything was handed over to the driver, there was no news all day.

Desainnya bagus tp detail finishing dan perakitannya asal asalan, asesoris plastiknya ada yg pecah.
Harusnya pihak toko lebih teliti waktu incomingnya.
Disappointed.
Buy tv rack type titanium red.

Lebih baik cari furniture tempat lain saja, disekitaran cikupa banyak yg lebih baik pelayanannya, ada informa, ada selma..
