★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simbadda in Pinangsia is the only one service center and spare parts provider. As a customer, I must say that I am very upset for its service. I am an office-hour-employee in Jakarta and it's very difficult to reach Pinangsia in workdays and Saturdays. I have Simbadda CST 05, and its power supply was broke so I intend to buy it. But the Customer Service in Pinangsia say it was better if I came to Pinangsia.
1. When I asked her to send the power cable to my office, she said she didn't know where the closest JNE near Pinangsia.
2. When I asked her to send it by Gojek/Grab/Uber, and any online services, she refused by said that she didn't have any online transportation apps.
What kind of customer service is that? Becoming the only one after sell service doesn't mean that you can be a cocky one.
Please review your customer service standard, and please don't bring your children in workplace that makes you distracted from your customer!
To you that will buy Simbadda, please mind the after sell service. It's not that good.
