 Special fast service for SIM renewal, the place is relatively quiet on Saturdays. the condition is to prepare a photocopy of 2 pieces of KTP, Original KTP, and Original SIM. The queue is not long either. You can check your health here too.

I came at 7.00 am.. still quiet.. got queue number 1.. opened at 8.00. process until it took 15 minutes.. really fast..

Bring original ID cards and 2 copies of photocopy of ID cards.

Lebih baik datang pagi2 antrian masih sepi.

Diusahain bawa fotocopy KTP & Pulpen dari rumah.
Tuk perpanjangan sim kata bpknya harus H-14 sebelum masa aktif habis, dan perpanjangan bisa dilakukan dmn saja.

The service is good, the staff is friendly, we are really directed, the queue is not too long & the process is fast.
Better to come early in the morning the queue is still quiet.

Try to bring a photocopy of your ID card & pen from home.
For sim extension, the cpc said it had to be H-14 before the active period expired, and the extension could be done anywhere.
