★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor ini bukan Lenovo Service Center!!! Jangan tertipu!!! Itu foto ada 6 org customer service jelas bukan kantor Simcare yg di Trio Building yg barusan saya datangi, jadi kejujurannya diragukan. Luas kantor disitu sangat kecil, sekitar 3x4 meter. Demikian juga kantor Simcare yg di Cideng Timur, layaknya seperti gudang kosong. Ketika saya ke kantor Simcare di Gedung Trio tadi siang, hanya ada 1 orang yg jaga, tidak ada siapa2 lagi. Tidak ada tulisan "Lenovo Service Center". Jadi sepertinya tidak pantas jika SimCare yg di Gedung Trio dan di Cideng Timur itu tercantumn sebagai Lenovo Service Center pada Google Map. Jika benar Simcare bukan Lenovo Authorize Service Center, maka ini akan membuat banyak konsumen Lenovo tersesat dan tertipu. Mohon perhatian dari Google utk mengonfirmasikan lebih lanjut apakah Simcare memiliki hak atas nama Lenovo Service Center. Saya secara pribadi sangat meragukan kantor itu sebagai Lenovo Service Center. Terima kasih.
 This office is not a Lenovo Service Center !!! Do not be fooled!!! That photo of 6 customer service people is definitely not the Simcare office in the Trio Building that I just visited, so my honesty is doubtful. The office area is very small, about 3x4 meters. Likewise, the Simcare office in Cideng Timur is like an empty warehouse. When I went to the Simcare office in the Trio Building this afternoon, there was only 1 person on guard, no one else. It does not say "Lenovo Service Center". So it seems inappropriate for SimCare in the Trio Building and in East Cideng to be listed as a Lenovo Service Center on the Google Map. If it is true that Simcare is not a Lenovo Authorize Service Center, this will lead to many Lenovo consumers getting lost and deceived. Please pay attention from Google to further confirm whether Simcare has the rights to the Lenovo Service Center. I personally highly doubt that office is a Lenovo Service Center. thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong wa atau sms saya di jawab, saya telfon2 tidak di angkat! Hp saya sudah hampir 2 minggu tertahan disini, sudah hampir 2 minggu juga saya tidak pegang hp, saya butuh makanya saya ngotot nanya apa sudah selesai apa belum, perbaikan ic saja kok sampai selama ini.
Semenjak berubah nama jd sim care sepertinya pelayanan jadi sangat tidak memuaskan sekali, ingat, pakai sekali!
Sudah sering saya servis dan perbaikan di sini, tp itu sebelum berubah nama, sekarang saya sangat kecewa, waktu masih dengan nama comtech saya pernah perbaikan hp yg sama dan masalah yg sama juga, malahan waktu itu ganti mesin, dan tidak sampai 3 hari sudah selesai, tp sekarang kok jd selama ini.
Saya baca review banyak yg tidak puas, saya sudah coba maklum dan 2 minggu rasanya sudah cukup. Maaf, tanpa mengurangi rasa hormat, besok siap tidak siap saya mau ambil hp saya. Terima kasih.

Since I changed my name to Sim Care, the service seems to be very unsatisfying, remember, use once!
I have often serviced and repaired here, but before I changed my name, now I am very disappointed, when I was with the name Comtech I had repaired the same cellphone and the same problem as well, even then it was changing the engine, and it wasn't until 3 days had finished , but how come it's been this long.
I read many reviews that are not satisfied, I've tried to understand and 2 weeks is enough. Sorry, without reducing respect, tomorrow ready not ready I want to take my cellphone. thanks.

•Servis nya tutup2an, konter abal2 aja/ Service Resmi diliatin. Jd kita gatau apa yg diotak atik ?
•Harga bisa 2-3x lipat Dibandingkan dgn Service di Resminya.
>Ganti lubang adapter Lenovo A7000 untuk ngecas 300rb blm sm pasang & barang Pre-order bukan Ready, mau gamau ke mangga 2 (pusat) langsung CUMA 100rb+ pasang, pngerjaan set.jam + Service di depan muka langsung gak pake tutup2an.
>Ganti TouchScreen Lenovo A7000 jg sama minta nya 600rb Pre-order (gatau ori/bkn) belum sama pasang, gw bawa ke Resmi nya kisaran 400rb (Ready) + pasang disitu set.jam'an itu Original.
kalo saya mending SERVICE CENTER RESMI nya langsung, service nya diliatin didpan muka jd kita tau apa yg bner2 diotak atik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah bolak balik sejak setahun yang lalu masalah battery laptop Lenovo saya yang diganti terdeteksi tidak original hingga sekarang tidak terpecahkan dan setiap dipakai shutdown sendiri...sangat merugikan konsumen....kemana lagi harus service kalau service Lenovo saya kalau yang resmi saja seperti ini.
It has been going back and forth since a year ago the problem of my replacement Lenovo laptop battery which was detected not original until now is not resolved and every time it is used to shutdown itself ... it is very detrimental to consumers ... where else to service if my Lenovo service is official like this .
