★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer for Silver Bird Alphard. It has been the third time that the driver was asleep while driving. Today was the worst and the most scary experience that’s why I had to leave a review. He was driving recklessly throughout the route, almost rear ended the vehicle in front of us twice. I observed from the rear view mirror his eyes was closed while driving with a car full of passengers. This is irresponsible and dangerous practice. I expect a professional and save service since I paid premium.
