Saya mau berobat, saya tlp jam 18.20 pada hal saya sudah di jalan hanya ingin minta di tungguin tapi di bilang nya sudah tutup, kata petugas nya tutup jam 18.30, padahal saya tlp jam 18.20.
 Very disappointed on the web it was written closing at 19.00.
I want treatment, I called at 18.20 when I was on the road just wanted to ask to be waited on but they said it was closed, the officer said it closed at 18.30, even though I called at 18.20.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seneng banget berobat ke sini pas kantor dibuka langsung antre tanpa menunggu dan antre panjang gak lama kemudian dokter langsung ada sebelum bertemu dokter di periksa seperti (suhu dan tekanan) setelah itu menunggu antrean untuk bertemu dengan dokter terus dokternya juga baik banget ngejelasin detail gak kaya di tempat lain antre lama diperiksa dokter lama banget, rekomen banget buat yang baru daftar BPJS mau pun biaya pribadi karena tidak terlalu mahal untuk pribadi sekitar ( 100.000 - 200.000) termasuk biaya konsultasi dan obat
I really enjoyed getting treatment here, when the office opened, I immediately lined up without waiting and the line was long. Not long after, the doctor was immediately there before seeing the doctor, he was checked (temperature and pressure) after that waiting in line to meet the doctor and the doctor was also very good at explaining details, not like the one below. other places, long queues to be examined by doctors, really take a long time, really recommend for those who have just registered for BPJS or personal costs because it is not too expensive for a person around (100,000 - 200,000) including consultation and drug fees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berkali - kali saya kesini dapat pelayanan yg sangat baik dan memuaskan walau pakai faskes bpjs kelas 1. dari reception bahkan ada 2 dokter umumnya yg berhijab dan tidak itu semua baik dan sangat care sampai mau mengedukasi dengan cara berkomunikasinya yg ramah dan lembut.
Tapi tidak untuk “Dokter Gigi”
Tidak bermaksud menjelekan, tapi semoga ada langkah perbaikan dari pelayanannya, gaya komunikasinya hingga cara mengedukasi pasien
Terakhir.. Please beri tindakan ke pasien dengan baik, dengan sepenuh hati dan dengan cara yg lembut.
Many times I have come here to get very good and satisfying service even though I use the BPJS class 1 health facilities. From the reception there are even 2 general doctors who are wearing hijabs and not all of them are good and very caring to the point of wanting to educate in a friendly and gentle way of communicating.
But not for "Dentist"
I don't mean to be bad, but hopefully there will be steps to improve from the service, communication style to how to educate patients
Lastly.. Please treat the patient well, wholeheartedly and in a gentle way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi siang ke sini untuk antar nenek cek dokter umum sekalian minta rujukan untuk ke dokter mata (pakai bpjs). Dari awal dateng saja sudah di sambut dengan sangat ramah, dokter melisa juga sangat baik. Petugas kesehatannya juga cukup jelas dan baik dalam memberikan penjelasan.
Terima kasih siloam clinic, saya sangat puas mendaftarkan faskes bpjs nenek saya disini.
This afternoon I came here to take my grandmother to check with a general practitioner while asking for a referral to an eye doctor (using BPJS). From the beginning, I was greeted very friendly, Doctor Melissa was also very kind. The health workers are also quite clear and good in giving explanations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got here today to see the doctor consulting our flu and coughs problem, sfaff service is nice but maybe need improvement about the queue number so that the patient who came last can easily identify who is next to go to counter, everything is ok and fine, doctor give us the proper medicine
