★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istri Saya pasien sakit mau periksa dr jam 10 pagi. Harus ngalah antri sama yg puluhan orang yg mau antigen. Gimana sih. Yg mau periksa ke dokter cuma 1 orang yaitu istri saya tapi yg diurus antigen terus . Dibelakangin terus . Bisnis trus . Thanks

It's really difficult that BPJS here is too troublesome... instead of making it easier for people to seek treatment, it's even harder to use Kouta.. it's useless to use BPJS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nggak sama sekali saya ngalamin petugas jutek blabla, kemarin saya reservasi via halodoc dan tanya ke bagian regist langsung disuruh daftar (karena baru pertama kali), cepet juga dipanggilnya buat tes padahal rame banget, pas tes juga dokternya ramah loh. Kurleb ±1jam saya terima hasilnya dan dokter nyampeinnya baik" nggak jutek, ketus atau semacamnya. Cuma minusnya kalo rame jadi nggak nyaman aja ya apalagi covid gini, saya sendiri lebih pilih tunggu diluar dan jaga jarak. Terima kasih pelayanannya ♡
I didn't experience the jutek blabla at all, yesterday I made a reservation via halodoc and asked the registrar to register immediately (because it was my first time), he was quickly called for a test even though it was really busy, the doctor was friendly at the time of the test. For about ±1 hour I received the results and the doctor delivered it was good "not rude, curt or anything like that. The only minus is that if it's crowded, it's just uncomfortable, especially with this covid, I myself prefer to wait outside and keep my distance. Thank you for the service
