★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kliniknya bersih, ruang tunggu nyaman, pelayanan sangat baik kadang datang jam istirahatpun kalo demam tetap dilayani, obat2nya bagus meskipun menggunakan bpjs
 the clinic is clean, the waiting room is comfortable, the service is very good sometimes it comes at rest even if the fever is still being served, the medicine is good even though using BPJS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD SERVICE! TERDAPAT RUANG/KURSI TUNGGU TETAPI SAYA TIDAK BOLEH MENUNGGU DI RUANGAN/KURSI TERSEBUT. SAYA DISURUH MENUNGGU DILUAR (PARKIRAN) APALAGI KONDISI CUACA PANAS. SELAIN ITU AFTER BREAK YAITU JAM 2 SIANG MASIH BELUM DIBUKA LAYANANNYA. KECEWA BGT SAMA LAYANANNYA! AKHIRNYA SAYA LANGSUNG PINDAH KE KLINIK LAIN!
BAD SERVICE! THERE IS A WAITING ROOM/CHAIR BUT I CANNOT WAIT IN THAT ROOM/CHAIR. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT OUTSIDE (PARKING) ESPECIALLY HOT WEATHER CONDITIONS. OTHER THAN THAT THE AFTER BREAK AT 2 PM IS STILL NOT OPEN SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE! I FINALLY MOVE DIRECTLY TO ANOTHER CLINIC!

Mungkin mentang mentang pake BPJS kali yaa udh gitu tau badan saya drop dikatain sehat sehat aja mau minta surat keterangan sakit ngga di kasih, sudah itu saya berobat aja ke dokter 24jam daerah situ pake jalur umum eh baik bener bener di perhatikan beda dengan di klinik Siloam bener bener kaya di sepelakan.

Maybe just because I use BPJS, I know that my body is said to be healthy, I just want to ask for a sickness certificate, I don't give it, I just went to the doctor 24 hours, the area used the general route, well, really pay attention to it, it's different from the Siloam clinic really rich in neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat para petugas kesehatan di tempat ini, kalau takut sama virus covid, mending ga usah kerja jadi petugas kesehatan!itu udah resiko anda!perlakuan anda ke mama saya saat test antingen dan hasilnya positif yang ketakutan dan super heboh buat mama saya kesal dan tersinggung!mending resign aja ya jadi petugas kesehatan!makasih loh
For the health workers in this place, if you are afraid of the covid virus, it's better not to work as a health worker! That's your risk! Your treatment of my mother during the earrings test and the positive result was scared and super excited for my mom to be upset and offended! it's better to just resign to become a health worker! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin abis anterin orangtua saya ke klinik langganan sini. Belum pernah berobat karena blm pernah sakit tapi saya rutin tiap bulan antar kedua orangtua saya ke sini. Tempatnya enak, bersih,sejuk. Petugasnya dari dlu ga pernah ganti dan sangat ramah. Sama saya suka kena wangi banget petugasnya, jd enak dilayani oleh mbaknya.
Yesterday, I took my parents to the clinic that I subscribe to here. I've never had treatment because I've never been sick, but I regularly bring my parents here every month. The place is nice, clean, cool. The staff has never changed and is very friendly. I like the smell of the staff, so it's nice to be served by Ms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini saya mengantarkan adik dan eyang untuk swab antigen dsni. Krn rekomendasi teman saya yg sering swab dsni. Ruangan bersih, teduh, sejuk, Pelayanan oke dan hasil cepat. 15 menit aja hasilnya sdh keluar. Petugas yang melayani sangat ramah. Eyang saya terkesan sama pelayanannya sangat santun, untuk mbak petugas yang sudah swab eyang saya terimakasih ya. Petugasnya gak asal langsung colok, tapi masih di ajak ngobrol dlu biar gak tegang. Mantap pelayanan siloam . Semoga terus di pertahankan?
Today I took my sister and grandparents for the antigen swab here. Because of my friend's recommendation who often swab here. The room is clean, shady, cool, the service is okay and the results are fast. 15 minutes and the results are out. The staff who serve are very friendly. My grandparents were impressed by the very polite service, for the officer who had swab, thank you. The staff doesn't just plug it in, but they're still invited to chat first so they don't get tensed. Great siloam service. Hopefully it will continue ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya galak bgt, padahal saya sakit ga minta surat dokter, ga minta rujukan, dan ga minta yang lainnya. Saya hanya ada keluhan seperti tipes, saya sudah menjelaskan dari awal karna emang saya suka lembur kerja dijakarta, berangkat subuh pulang malem naik kereta ditambah makan yg sembarangan, sakit saya sudah menunjukan seperti tipes. Bahkan dokternya tidak memeriksa saya sama sekali, keluar ruangan langsung marah2in saya. Menyuruh saya untuk pcr padahal saya hanya tipes bukan covid, saya tidak didiagnosa apa2 tapi diberi obat. Saya sampe bingung dokternya keluar ruangan dan langsung kesaya yang berada diruang tunggu langsung marah2 trus karna ada pasien lain yang dateng dokternya langsung masuk ruangan tnpa ngasih tau apa2 kesaya. Ya keluar ruangan cuma untuk ngomel2 aja. Saya wajar dimarahin jika saya minta rujukan dgn sakit yg belum jelas atau jika saya berobat untuk minta surat dokter saja itu wajar. Ini saya cuma mau konsultasi sakit saya saja malah dimarah2in. Emang saya cuma pake bpjs tpikan saya bayar bpjs nya setiap bulan dan tidak pernah telat bayar. Menyesal sekali berobat kesini, mau berobat fisik yang kena mental saya karna dokternya.
The doctor was really fierce, even though I was sick, I didn't ask for a doctor's letter, didn't ask for a referral, and didn't ask for anything else. I only have complaints like typhus, I have explained from the start because I really like working overtime in Jakarta, leaving early at night to take the train plus eating carelessly, my pain has shown like typhus. Even the doctor did not examine me at all, came out of the room immediately angry with me. Told me to do PCR even though I only had typhus, not covid, I wasn't diagnosed but was given medicine. I was confused until the doctor left the room and immediately went to me who was in the waiting room and immediately got angry because there were other patients who came to the doctor and went straight into the room without telling me anything. Yes, leaving the room just to grumble. It is natural for me to be scolded if I ask for a referral with an unclear illness or if I seek treatment, just ask for a doctor's letter. I just wanted a sick consultation, I got scolded instead. Indeed, I only use BPJS, but I pay the BPJS every month and never be late to pay. I am very sorry that I came here, I wanted to get physical treatment, which hit me mentally because of the doctor.
