★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment, near to Cawang station, nice lobby, there's tasty Nasi Padang restaurant there. The room is pretty spacious for 2 persons, it got kitchen, bathroom, family room, and a small balcony for view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an apartment complex of its class, the Building Management team is surprisingly very incompetent in managing complaints from residents and fixing problems. One of the elevators has been unable to access certain floor(s) for months and despite constant complaints and follow ups from residents, the problem persists with no probable solution in sight. Building Management and Engineering teams keep giving the same answers of "under miantenance and reordering" but never deliver. Fellow residents on my floor even have given up in speaking to Building Management about any problem they encounter because "it's useless".
Very shameful for an apartment like this considering the amount we pay for monthly service charge. This should be a better alternative than a neighboring lower class complex (iykwim), but apparently management has failed us.
