★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Namanya si cepat sameday ,tapi dikirim esok hari. Udah ngeluarin ongkir tp sampe nya sama aja serasa REG.
Klo belum mampu ngga usah PHP dengan service Sameday.
Mending pake gosend atau grab express.
The name is the same day fast, but it will be sent the next day. I've spent the postage but it's still the same as REG.
If you can't afford it, you don't need PHP with the Sameday service.
Better to use gosend or grab express.

Jarang banget saya kasih review jelek, tapi kali ini beneran mengecewakan. Paket saya tidak jelas statusnya berawal dari sicepat kemuning, CS nya ditanya malah kabur. Tanya ke orang lapangan mereka pun tidak bisa bantu banyak. Tidak ada pilihan memang sebagai pengguna jasa sicepat pasti akan di pool ke kemuning untuk area tertentu. Baru pakai jasa mereka 2 bulan sebelum nya saya langganan beda lokasi. Ketika barang berjalan lancar memang belum tampak masalah, tapi ada satu masalah muncul baru keliatan tidak profesional sekali.
Tanya ke CS pusat pun tidak ada solusi.

I rarely give bad reviews, but this time it was really disappointing. My package's status is not clear, starting from Sicepat Kemuning, the CS was asked to run away. Ask the field people they can't help much. There is no choice, indeed, as a Sicepat service user, you will definitely be pooled into yellow for a certain area. I just used their service 2 months before I subscribed to a different location. When things are running smoothly, there doesn't appear to be a problem, but there is one problem that appears and it looks very unprofessional.
Even asking the CS center there is no solution.
Clear problem but central handling

H+2: Di follow up seakan oke2 aja (mulai bingung)
H+3: hubungin Sicepat kemuning; "mohon maaf ka untuk paket layanan sds untuk volume dan ukuran melebihi kriteria layanan sds sehingga paketnya kami retur ka ?'
Lah terus gunanya sameday apa yak nunggu sampe berhari2 nihil pula. mana ga dikasih tau
