jumat masukin tujuan cileungsi, malah jalan-jalan dulu paket nya keliling bogor. Gegara opr nya gak input alamat lengkap d komputer si lambat.
Alhasil harus ambil sendiri ke gn putri setelah terlunta2 3 hari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hancur bisnis saya gara2 sicepat, saya kirim barang untuk pembeli dari tokopedia dari tanggal 1. Hari ini tanggal 7 masih belum sampai. Di kirim dari jakarta selatan ke jakarta utara. Setelah pembeli komplain, baru di check resinya. Ternyata paket saya broken. Dan selama tanggal 1 - 7, tidak ada konfirmasi ke saya sama sekali. Sekarang buyer saya sudah komplain keras dan sangat memungkinkan terkena bintang 1 yang akan menghancurkan reputasi toko saya. Kalau sudah begini ganti rugi apa pun sudah tidak berguna. Dan lagi sampai sekarang saya dijanjikan untuk dihubungi. Satu nada dering dari sicepat saja tidak ada. Mana etika baiknya? Ini adalah hak saya untuk diberikan layanan sesuai yang dijanjikan. Saya semestinya dilindungi negara dan undang2 perlindungan konsumen kan?

Tapi saya sama sekali belum terima barang tsb. Dan saya beli barang itu langsung bayar. Bukan sistem cod. Rugi disaya sendiri.
