★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurir Si Cepat Express yang bernama Lukman Hakim sangat bagus kinerjanya, setiap paket yang dikirim ke rumahku dgn Si Cepat selalu tiba tepat waktu tidak pernah lebih dari 15 jam total waktu pengiriman. Padahal jarak tempuh dari kantor Si Cepat Ciseeng menuju rumahku itu mencapai 27 km loh.
 The Fast Express courier named Lukman Hakim has very good performance, every package sent to my house with the Fast always arrives on time, never more than 15 hours of total delivery time. Even though the distance from the Quick Ciseeng office to my house is 27 km.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawan terlalu bertele-tele, membuang waktu saya, cuma karena perihal packing takut rusak yg saya sendiri selaku pengirim dan keluarga saya selaku penerima tidak mempermasalahkan hal itu.. sebaiknya jika pelanggan sudah setuju dg risiko pengiriman ya tinggal terima saja, kalo memang tidak bisa tinggal tolak saja langsung..
Employees are too wordy, wasting my time, just because of the fear of packing, I am afraid of damage, which myself as the sender and my family as the recipient do not mind it ... better if the customer agrees to the risk of delivery, just accept it, if you can't stay just reject it straight away ..

Beberapa kali saya mau kirim paket dengan input manual, selalu gagal. Case pertama saya datang pagi2 perkiraan jam 11-12 siang. Katanya bisa input manual di atas jam 1. Antara jam 1 siang--jam 3 sore. Akhirnya saya putuskan untuk ke JNe. Next berikutnya saya mau kirim paket, karena sudah tau jamnya, saya datang jam 14.40. Dengan kasus yg sama, sudah tutup. Dan yg melayani saya tetap orang yg sama yaiitu seorang cewe. Disarankan datang untuk besok. Akhirnya saya ke JNE lagi.
Pertanyaan saya, sebenarnya Sicepat melayani input manual apa ngak sih, atau hanya yg ngelink di online shop ( marketplace)? Jika ngak, berarti saya yg salah.
I am very disappointed at the Fast service.
Several times I want to send packages with manual input, it always fails. My first case arrived in the morning, estimated at 11-12 noon. He said it could be manual input after 1 o'clock. Between 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. Finally I decided to go to JNe. Next, I want to send a package, because I already know the time, I arrive at 14:40. With the same case, it's closed. And the one who serves me is still the same person, namely a girl. It is recommended to come tomorrow. Finally I went to JNE again.
My question is, does Sicepat actually serve manual input, or only those linking to the online shop (marketplace)? If not, then I am wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nomor kontaknya ga bisa ditelp..telp ke call center cuma “akan kita follow up” terus.
Uda 4-5 hari paketnya dibawa kurir tp ga sampai2..bolak balik ke kantornya mulu..
The contact number can't be reached.
It's been 4-5 days the package has been brought by a courier but it hasn't arrived.. back and forth to the office first..
