★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satu satunya kantor Sicepat direntang antara bantargebang - setu, bisa dibilang masih baru karena yang kerja masih berpakaian bebas. Kantor sicepat termasuk besar dan parkiran juga luas, bagus untuk menambah pilihan ekspedisi bagi masyarakat yanh ingin mengirim barang.
The only Sicepat office is stretched between Bantebebang - Setu, arguably still new because the workers are still dressed freely. The office is large and the parking lot is also wide, which is good for increasing the choice of expeditions for people who want to send goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan oke, cepat, & ramah, pengiriman lumayan cepat, lokasi strategis pinggir jalan, bisa pick up juga (paket anda dijemput di lokasi anda) mantap sih, makasih banyak dan Tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya & berikan kepuasan kepada customer.
The service is okay, fast, & friendly, the delivery is pretty fast, the location is strategic along the road, you can pick up too (your package is picked up at your location), but thank you very much and improve the service again & give satisfaction to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa tiap minta pickup selalu diatas jam 9 ya ? Padahal nanyain lokasi udah dari siang, lokasi pickup juga gak sampai 1km. Udah gitu paket dilebih lebihin beratnya ampun, padahal di sicepat jakarta barat gak pernah kena ongkir lebih krn sesuai berat dan volume ,malah kadang kurang. Harus diperbaiki sih buat pickupannya, kalo masalah pengiriman emang cepat dan kurir yg biasa nganter ramah.
Why do you always ask for a pickup after 9 o'clock? Even though I asked for the location since noon, the pickup location didn't even reach 1km. It's like that, the package is too heavy, sorry, even though in Sicepat, West Jakarta, I have never been subject to more postage because it is according to weight and volume, sometimes even less. It has to be fixed for the pickup, if there is a problem the delivery is really fast and the usual courier is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kualitas pengiriman sangat tidak baik dan teledor. Ada 3 paket makanan dikirim bersamaan oleh satu seller yg sama. 2 paket bisa sampai tujuan dalam 2 hari, kondisi aman. 1 paket tertinggal, stagnan, tidak ada progress pengiriman selama 4 hari. Itupun baru diproses setelah saya menelpon cs berulang kali. Akibatnya 1 paket makanan yg dikirim sudah dalam kondisi tidak baik/basi. Pihak sicepat tidak menerima alasan rusaknya produk dikarenakan paket stagnan selama 4 hari digudang dan baru diterima customer setelah 5 hari. Padahal ini jelas sekali kesalahan expedisi dikarenakan paket sampai jauh sekali dari estimasi 1-2 hari ternyata sampai baru pada hari ke 5. FYI, paket dikirim dan diterima SESAMA KOTA BEKASI. Saya pernah pengiriman makanan juga dari padang ke kota bekasi bisa sampai hanya dalam 2 hari. Ini pengalaman paling buruk sy dg expedisi sicepat. Pada awal kemunculan sicepat, saya bisa takjub betapa cepat pengirimannya sesuai dengan namanya. Namun untuk sekarang ketika namanya sudah besar expedisi dg kualitas pelayanan dan problem solvingnya, saya katakan BIG NO.
Delivery quality is not very good and careless. There are 3 food packages sent simultaneously by the same seller. 2 packages can reach their destination in 2 days, safe condition. 1 package left behind, stagnant, no delivery progress for 4 days. Even then it was only processed after I called cs repeatedly. As a result, 1 package of food that was sent was in a bad/stale condition. Sicepat party did not accept the reason for the product damage because the package was stagnant for 4 days in the warehouse and only received by the customer after 5 days. Even though this was clearly an expedition error because the package arrived far from the estimated 1-2 days, but it arrived only on the 5th day. FYI, the package was sent and received by SESAMA CITY OF BEKASI. I have also delivered food from Padang to Bekasi city in just 2 days. This is my worst experience with fast expedition. At the first appearance of sicepat, I can be amazed how fast the delivery lives up to its name. But for now, when the name is big, expedition with quality of service and problem solving, I say BIG NO.
