★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional hairdresser (not Kak Nana as mentioned in the previous reviews). I did hair straightening.
- at the beginning of hair straightening process, he pull down his mask and use his mouth to blow on the hair (he claim to cool off, But during this covid, it is definitely a disgusting thing to do)
- throughout the hair wash , very cold water is used.
- hair cut process is the most terrible: both side of the hair is trimmed to different length. Told him that both side is different, he said will cut later. When he start trimming again, he start at the left side (which is the shorter side). I have to remind him to start trimming at the longer side as I do not want my hair to be even shorter. At the end of trimming, both side is still of different length. I told him off by that, so he took a chunk of hair from both side and cut it off (and it makes my shorter side of hair even shorter, and only that particular chunk that is being cut off).
- the hair trimmed actually still looks like broom. I’ve asked the hairdresser if finished trimming and he said yes (then ask his colleague to take photo). I asked for mirror for me to take a look. He took the mirror but hesitate to pass it to me. He put the mirror aside again instead, and start trimming my hair. And he said not finish trimming. He changed his words after I question him. The hair is not trimmed from inside out as well. He just took chunk of hair and cut.
- I’ve told him multiple times that I do not bleach my hair previously. Yet he still think that I have my hair bleached.
From the experiences above, it is obvious that the hairdresser showed incompetent and unconfident. I had to fix my haircut at the nearby salon afterwards.
However, the other members in the team is good. The environment is clean and the front counter staff is kind. The cleaner always keep the floor clean.

She walked me through the whole process and showed all the possibilities that can be done with my hair. Sibel definitely created a new benchmark in the hairdressing business. Super recommended and definitely will return!❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came with a damaged hair within a concerned level and insisted to get it colored in cold tone which will require several chemical process which off course is not recommended. The Hairdresser, Nana Boediman come up with a solution that can least accommodate my requirement without put my hair on a risk. She used the airtouch method which works perfectly and super love the result. One of the good part is good communication when she explained in details the whole process and all possibilities that might happened. Definitely will come back and recommend this place to others.
