★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beli choper , dan saat diterima ada retak di bagian wadahnya. sudah komplen dan saya kirim video unboxing tapi 2 minggu ga ada respon ga secepat waktu mau beli responnya luar biasa sampe di telpon.
 I bought a chopper, and when I received it there was a crack in the container. I have complained and I sent an unboxing video but 2 weeks there is no response, not as fast as when I wanted to buy, the response was amazing when I got the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to purchase a product from this shop through Whatsapp. Been waiting for my order for 14 WORKING DAYS. At first, I was informed that my order will arrive within 2-7 days. After 7 days, I contacted them again asking about my order. They told me that there might be a delay to location outside Jabodetabek and to expect delivery around 14 WORKING DAYS max. So, I waited... until the period lapsed. I contacted them again to ask for my order's whereabout. They said that my area is not covered with the payment method that I chose, i.e. COD. Thus, my order was not recorded. I applaud the customer service for their fast reply. However, they are misleading as they failed to check and inform me the status of my order. Now, the product I wish to purchase is out of stock. Fast respond does not equivalent to efficiency. Kalau kalian mau pengalaman belanja yang buruk, silakan coba di oshop. I've read several reviews, where buyers do not received their orders even after 14 days. (I don't know if payment were made or not?♀️) Please take note of the complaints. And 'NO' I do not wish to contact you or make any kind of purchase from your shop. Thank you.
