 Hadeuuuh, it's been 2 days since my package has been playing back and forth. Is being sent. Eh, I'm back at the hub tomorrow night, I'm going back to the hub, I guess, it's just too late. Not like a lightning expedition.

Please, make a shopee express courier, when did it arrive, it's been 4 days I want to send it to my address but it didn't come too.. I paid for the package, don't take it lightly. Don't take it for granted, it has to be according to the expedition. How can it not be like this, don't let this happen I spread it on social media

Mohon pengertian, empati, dan profesionalitasnya sebagai pihak penyedia jasa kirim. Bagaimana kalau yg ada di paket itu barang penting? Kasihan customer harus menunggu selama itu. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tanggal 17 feb sekitar jam setengah 3 sore, tertera kurir menuju lokasi, jam 7mlm tertera pengiriman gagal.
hari ini, tgl 18 ada keterangan jam 4 sore kurir menuju lokasi lagi. dan baru aja keterangan gagal lagi.
maksud saya, kalo gagal kenapa gak dari pagi di antar nya, kalo gagal, kenapa ga ada effort lebih untuk kirim paket yang gagal kemarin.? jangan terlalu anggap gampang customer lah, manage nya tolong di tingkatin lagi.
February 17th at around 3:30 PM, it says the courier is going to the location, at 7pm it says delivery failed.
today, on the 18th there is an explanation at 4 pm the courier will return to the location. and it just failed again.
I mean, if it fails, why not deliver it from the morning, if it fails, why wasn't there more effort to send the package that failed yesterday? Don't think it's easy for the customer, please improve the management.
