 If you can choose, don't choose Shopee Express. The courier is the only reason the address doesn't match. no confirmation whatsoever. really funny.

Don't ever send it using shopee express, it takes so long, from the 31st to the 7th it doesn't even arrive even though it's only from Depok to Pamulang. Bnrbnr disappointed with the delivery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resi estimate barang sampai tidak valid. Tertulis sebelum tanggal 4 Maret sampai, tapi sama CS nya disuruh tunggu di tgl 4 Maretnya. Dan kalau belum sampai bisa ajukan refund. Kasian seller nya dong sudah garcep ngirim paket tapi lama di ekspedisi tp barangnya dicancel. Kedua dengan status yang sama di jam 11 siang tadi barang sy di toko lain sudah diantar kurir, tapi u/ RESI YG TIDAK VALID itu barang tidak keangkut oleh kurir masih di hub sampai malam ini gak gerak. Tapi tetap saja saya disuruh tunggu sampai besok. Yang seharusnya malam ini sampai. Sebelum tgl 4 Maret 2022.

Pesen barang di Shopee ekspedisi ga bisa pilih, auto pake Shopee xpress. Tp pelayanan jebot.
Dr tgl 2 dikirim dr jakarta pdhl ke tangsel ampe tgl 6 belum sampe juga.
Status pengiriman gagal sampe 3x, bener2 parah...
Biasa pake jnt ga pernah separah dan selama ini.

Ordering goods at Shopee expeditions can't be selected, auto using Shopee Xpress. But the service sucks.
Dr on the 2nd was sent from Jakarta Pdhl to Tangsel until the 6th it hasn't arrived yet.
Delivery status failed up to 3 times, really bad...
I'm used to using JNT, it's never been as bad as it has been so far.
