★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any person who is authorized for management of Shop&Drive Kelapa Hybrida definitely needs to tell the staff who worked on 5th July 2020, from 1 pm to 2 pm to work professionally. I often go checking of my car here previously and always feel satisfied with the service offered, only this time the staff worked very unprofessional.
I came at 1.00 pm, asking for the storage battery to be checked and the tire to be pumped. I waited for 30 minutes, to the fact having known that the staff no longer checking my car around 15-20 minutes, then I asked whether the work has been done. The reception only said "I THOUGHT IT HAS BEEN DONE, BU". I replied "WHY DONT YOU TELL ME? AND JUST KEEP ME WAITING WITH NO INFORMATION! WHERE IS THE CAR KEY?"
The reception only went silent as to my question, while I saw my car key remain stucked in the car with the sign of battery is still on. What the hell????!!!! Seriously, THE WORST EVER SERVICE HAPPENED TO ME BY YOUR STAFF TODAY ON 5 TH JULY 2020, 1 PM. Wishing for this total unprofessional service never ever happen to anyone, because this thing never happened to me before as I always go to Shop&Drive Kelapa Hybrida since 2014.
