★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya membeli Aki, pada 2018 dan 2021 yang mana kedua-duanya bermasalah. Pada 2018, aki langsung diganti baru pada saat saya klaim ke call center, dan dikirim aki pengganti tersebut ke bengkel suzuki depok, saat itu semua setelah klaim penggantian, aki baik-baik saja dan digunakan hingga Agustus 2021.
Kali ini di 24 Agustus 2021 kembali membeli aki baru, di shop and drive juga, dan dikirim kerumah 28 Agustus 2021. Namun Aki mati dalam 9 hari terhitung dari waktu pengiriman. Ditangani dengan di charger ulang di toko pada tanggal 7 September 2021, dan dikembalikan tanggal 12 September 2021, sambil di cek kebocoran arus. Tanggal 15 September 2021, pasca pengembalian, aki mati kembali.
Setelah dikomplain, diganti baru memang, namun yang mengecewakan garansi/klaimnya hilang. Aneh, baru Beli 1 minggu lebih, dan yang rusak memang akinya, karena secara fakta telah dilakukan pengecekan kelistrikan mobil, baik oleh pihak toko sendiri, maupun konsumen membawa ke bengkel resmi suzuki.
Aki memang kemudian diganti, namun pelanggan harus kehilangan "hak atas klaim selanjutnya", akibat dari Aki hari ke 9 yg mati setelah tanggal pembelian dan hari ke 3 "Mati" lagi setelah di charger yang kedua kali dan mobil sudah di cek. 2x pembelian kejadian seperti ini (sungguh not recomendeed, untuk kali ini terpaksa saya harus berkomentar demikian).

In 2018, the battery was immediately replaced with a new one when I claimed it to the call center, and the replacement battery was sent to the suzuki depok repair shop, at that time after claiming the replacement, the battery was fine and used until August 2021.
This time, on August 24, 2021, I bought a new battery again, at the shop and drive too, and sent it home on August 28, 2021. However, the battery died within 9 days from the time of delivery. Handled by being re-charged at the shop on September 7, 2021, and returned on September 12, 2021, while checking for leakage currents. On September 15, 2021, after the return, the battery died again.
After complaining, it was replaced with a new one, but what was disappointing was that the warranty/claim was lost. It's strange, it's only been more than 1 week since I bought it, and it's the battery that's damaged, because in fact the car's electrical checks have been carried out, both by the shop itself, and by the consumer taking it to an official Suzuki repair shop.
The battery was later replaced, but the customer had to lose the "right to the next claim", as a result of the 9th day battery dying after the date of purchase and the 3rd day "deading" again after the second charger and the car was checked. 2x purchases of incidents like this (really not recommended, for this time I was forced to comment so).
