★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shoe cleaning experience I ever had. Almost no change at all before and after the service. The dirt is still everywhere. I paid more than 400k for 4 shoes and none of them were cleaned properly at all. And the staff (hafiz) didn’t seem to care.
Clean -> absolutely not; there’s even a nail mark in one of the shoes
Messy lacing -> yes
