I love their soft ice cream menus. So many variations, all of them tastes great, cold, soft, and smooth.
Their fries are great too. Great place to hang out, the seats are not the best chair. Nevertheless, their menus are worth to try ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to taste Japanese soft ice cream. There are mainly two flavors: original (milky) and matcha flavors. I ordered the Matcha Parfait. It is a soft matcha ice cream layered with matcha cake, cornflakes, mochi, chunky red beans and matcha jelly. Taste good, love it! ?
They also have main course and other snacks here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their waffle & parfait. I personally like their vanilla ice cream and pudding. For the waffle, it's not as crunchy as I would like it to. But overall, it's an affordable and enjoyable dessert place.

Opt for twist flavor for two flavor in one scoop of ice cream.
I usually choose vanila+matcha. But if you bored of sweetness you can choose sea salt (the blue one) for refreshing twist of flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This August 2019. Shirokuma launchs new menu from donburi as the main course, and also dessert that is dominated with boba, brown sugar, earl grey, matcha. Shirokuma Gandaria City is located in the middle of street inside the mall, so it is more likely an open space.
Here are what we tried :
Rib Eye Donburi (IDR 56,000)
A bowl of white rice with sliced rib eye beef in small cube shape that has a tender texture, sunny side up egg, corns, carrots, seaweed, spring onions along with the donburi sauce. Since the seasoning does not spread evenly, so that the taste tends to be light and the overall texture is dried.
Beef Katsu Donburi (IDR 56,000)
A bowl of white rice with sliced tender and crunchy beef katsu along with the mayonnaise sauce, seaweed, spring onions, and the seasoning. Since there is a savory mayonnaise, so that this menu has "more" taste rather than Rib Eye Donburi.
Let's continue with the sweet things a.k.a the dessert!
Earl Grey Boba Waffle (IDR 49,000)
Two thick waffles served with earl grey ice cream, brown sugar sauce, boba, brownies, and strawberry. Although the earl grey ice cream can melt easily, but we really like the taste. It smells good, soft, fresh, and less sweet. Earl grey made from the black tea with the oil (from a kind of orange plant). The brown sugar is overly sweet. The boba texture is not that chewy, tend to be hard, and you have to eat directly when it is served. If not, the boba will get harder to chew.
Earl Grey Boba Soft Cream (IDR 30,000)
Earl grey ice cream with boba and brown sugar sauce. We love the earl grey ice cream, but unfortunately the dense brown sugar sauce is too sweet and the boba is not chewy. So that, I only prefer the earl grey ice cream.
Matcha Boba Cheese Tart (IDR 45,000)
As a matcha lovers and since Shirokuma is the expert in yummy matcha, so that I am excited with this dessert menu. The round tart that is filled with the combination of matcha, cheese, served with boba, whipped cream, strawberry, and brown sugar sauce. The taste is overly sweet. I even cannot feel the matcha taste ?
Thai Tea & Matcha Boba (IDR 30,000)
For the drink, I chose Thai Tea. This cold beverage consists of Thai Tea and boba. Actually, the Thai Tea tastes quite good and fresh, but unfortunately it is too sweet and not suit with the boba.
