The employees are very dirty, every time there is a promo, they say they don't participate or can't. Can only pay the normal price and cash.

Bought xxl crispy chic original tp bumbu gak standar (pas giliran saya dikasi bumbu seuprit doang sementara pembeli sblm2nya bumbu berlimpah) jadinya tasteless. Sorry Shihlin BxC, unless your service in BxC is improved, never gonna buy it there again.
The female shopkeeper who is a bit fat n veiled is sloppy and unfriendly (even my kid said: why does she put an evil face). Bought xxl crispy chic original but not standard seasoning (when it was my turn I was given only a few spices while the previous buyers had abundant spices) so it was tasteless. Sorry Shihlin BxC, unless your service in BxC is improved, never gonna buy it there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was craving for a chicken, i decided to look it up on google and found Shihlin that wasn’t that far from home. This place was listed closes at 22.00 on Google Business. It was expected since that they’re located in a shopping mall.. usually, food vendors starts their "last order" period 30 minutes before closing time.. i made a calculation and i was estimated to arrive exactly at 21.00 so I decided took a 15 minutes drive (that includes looking for parking spots) just to find out that the staff was draining out the oil from the fryer..
Let me do a quick calculation for the management.. how long does it take for the oil to cool down to enable the staff to drain it out from the fryer at 21.15(ish)? in my calculation, the staffs probably starts their last order period earlier than 21.00, which, in my opinion, is not ideal for a stall inside a shopping mall
I think i just spent 15 minutes of my time to waste..
I headed home with a disappointment
