There is a chicken cut in shilin like inviting war ... it's really uncomfortable

The location has changed now. It's not on the 2nd floor but it's on the 5th floor right across from Gramedia.

Uda lama banget ga jajan shihlin dan langsung eksekusi beli gara” ada menu kolaborasi dia sama chef devina mengeluarkan menu Indonesia series dengan bumbu rujak! ?
Penasaran kan jadinya minta dicoba kaya gimana si rasanya akankah kaya bumbu rujak buah beneran ato justru beda berujung zonk.
Experience sebelum dimakannya seru sih karena perlu dishake” dan peres jeruk dulu, tapi setelah nyicip dengan popcorn chicken dan potongan buncis gorengnya malah jadi auto nagih karena memang bumbu rujaknya ga seaneh yang dibayangkan si. Jatohnya sekilas kaya bumbu szechuan menurutku gurih, agak asin sedikit pedas dan ada aksen kacang beserta segar dr perasan jeruk. Aku pribadi sukak dan bakal beli lagi sih ni walau harganya lumayan ga begitu murah. Daging popcorn chickennya juga empuk karena biasanya klo jajan disini slalu belinya yg XXL chicken.
Paling minusnya porsinya berasa dikasi lebih banyak sayurannya daripada dagingnya mungkin next time bisa diimproved. Overall worth to try kok, Cheers!

It's been a long time since I've eaten shihlin and I just bought it because there's a collaboration menu between him and chef Devina who released the Indonesian series menu with rujak seasoning! ️
I'm curious, I ask to try it like how it tastes, will it be like real fruit salad spices or will it end up differently?
The experience before eating is really fun because you need to shake it and squeeze the oranges first, but after tasting it with popcorn chicken and pieces of fried chickpeas, it turns out to be automatic because the rujak seasoning isn't as weird as you imagine. At first glance, it looks like it's rich in Szechuan seasoning, I think it's savory, a bit salty, a little spicy and has an accent of nuts and freshly squeezed oranges. I personally like it and will buy it again even though the price is not that cheap. The popcorn chicken meat is also soft because usually when you eat here, you always buy the XXL chicken.
The minus is that the portion feels like it has more vegetables than meat, maybe next time it can be improved. Overall it's worth to try, Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is best snack you can find in malls. From the first time I ate this, I think it has become my favorite snacks of all time. When I first tried this, it really blew off my mind, the taste is amazingly good. My fav is crispy chicken bbq with level spicy 1, combination of sweet and spicy is recommended for someone not really good with spicy, and the other is seafood tempura. Sometimes I also ordered sweet potato, kinda like it though but be careful with the flavor, I don't think it's everybody's favorite flavor.
