★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 hari sudah Modul Dan tutup Mesin cuci saya dibawa until diperbaiki Dr tho 16 okt- 24 okay 2018 ,Dan pada akhirnya tdk ada solusi Dan pelayanan yg baik Dr pihak shangrilla technic,cuma bikin kostumer stress Dan buang waktu percuma berharap pd tekhnisi Dan cs yg tidak profesional...payahhhhh
8 days, Modules and closes My washing machine was taken to be repaired Dr. tho 16 oct- 24 okay 2018, and in the end there was no solution and good service, Dr Shangrilla Tech, just made customers stressed and wasted time wishing for technicians and cs who unprofessional ... lousyhhhh

Pas batal suruh bayar biaya cek. Ya gila aja, gua minta cuci bukan minta cek. Janganlah cari duit dengan cara begini, uang haram bos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AC saya tidak dingin dan saya minta untuk dilakukan pemgecekan.Awalnya hanya diagnosa untuk isi freon, sy tanya apakah ada kebocoran? teknisi bilang baru bs dicek jika sudah isi freon, akhirnya freon diisi & teknisi pulang sebelum cek acnya sudah dingin atau belum, karena katanya ada garansi 1 bulan. Besoknya ac masih belum dingin, setelah dicek lg oleh teknisi yang sama katanya evaporatornya bocor dan ditawarkan untuk dilakukan service evaporator dengan tambahan 600rb, sy menolak karena yakin ada yang tidak beres. Setelah dicek teknisi dr vendor lain yg lebih expert, ternyata teknisi salah memasukan tipe freon, harusnya r401 ternyata yang dipaksa isi r32, jadinya evaporatornya bocor, untuk kasus evaporator bocor seperti ini, walaupun ditawarkan perbaikan oleh teknisi, service evaporator ternyata bukan solusi jangka panjang, terpaksa saya ganti 1 unit ac..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati2 buat semua yg baru mau pake service ini, kemungkinan besar abal2 bgt teknisi + ownernya! Dari minta service ac, respon awal sgt cepat dan langsung bisa di hari H dgn jaminan TERIMA BERES SEMUA! Stlh di service baru coba 1 hari ternyta masih bermasalah ac nya dan minta di cek lagi. Katanya kalau masih bermasalah di kabarin aja supaya bisa di cek lg sampe benar. Tapi ternyata udah di chat berkali2 cuma di read, waktu dibalas cuma bilang hari ini gak bisa atau tar dikabarin tapi nyatanya gak ada kabar. Terlalu byk alasan dan gak ada tanggung jawab. Buat yg mau pake service ini, dipikir2 dulu aja. Masih ada kok bukti dari wa nya kalau mau di post juga sangat boleh ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang disarankan pake jasa ini, karena rate nya relatif lebih mahal dari teknisi lain tapi kurang bagus teknisinya.
Awalnya servis ac cuma bocor aja netes, terus ktnya harus dibersihin, biayanya lebih tinggi dr pasaran, bisa 3 kalinya, baru 2 hari , eh ternyata masih bocor lagi. Terus minta garansi, setelah beberapa lama, dtng juga, itu pun setelah di wa berkali2 baru dia kirim teknisi pengganti yang beda orang, jadi ga ngerti sejarah servis sebelumnya gmana.
Ga sampe 6 bulan ac dah ga dingin, dan bocor lagi. Hadeh, di jakarta susah bener cari tukang ac yang bener. Pdhal itu AC merk sharp, beli dari baru, baru setahun pake.
