★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobain potong rambut, creambath spa, totok wajah, sama waxing underarm. Pelayanannya menurutku bagus, telaten ngerjainnya. Waxingnya bener bener bersih, creambathnya sambil dipijit bahu, lengan tangan dan kaki, totok wajahnya juga enak. Harga menurutku relatif dan dapet harga promo juga. Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman, ruangan totoknya berAC sampe ngantuk. Aroma cream untuk creambath spa nya wanginya tahan lama banget dan enak banget aroma coklatnya, next pengen cobain creambath buah ❤️
Try a haircut, cream bath spa, full-blooded face, and underarm waxing. In my opinion, the service is good, diligent in doing it. The waxing is really clean, the cream bath is massaged on the shoulders, arms and legs, the full-blooded face is also delicious. In my opinion, the price is relative and got a promo price too. The place is clean and comfortable, the fully air-conditioned room makes you sleepy. The cream aroma for the spa creambath smells really long and the chocolate smells really good, next time I want to try the fruit creambath ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ agak kecewa sama pelayanannya, bolak-balik ke salon ini:
1. Pertama kali dtg hari sabtu sekitar jam 4 sore alasannya handuk abis jd gk bisa potong rambut.
2. Kedua kali dtg pas besok paginya (hari minggu hari ini) dtg sekitar jam 10an, katanya suruh tunggu sekitar 2 jam, dimintiain no. HP katanya nanti akan digubungin klo udh selesai. Tapi sampe jam 3 sore gak ada kabar.
3. Akhirnya dtg lg ke salon sama adek sekitar jam setengah 4, pas bilang mau potong rambut, salah satu mba resepsionisnya buat gestur tangan “enggak” ke mba yg 1 lg (gak tau ini artinya apa?). Tp akhirnya saya disuruh tunggu sebentar.
Akhirnya saya sama adek saya masuk ke dlm buat nunggu. Enggak lama saya disuruh masuk ke ruangan yg lain untuk potong rambut.
Sebelum potong rambut, rambut saya dicuci dlu, habis itu dipotong, trus dikeringin pake hairdryer, setelah itu di catok, selesai. Prosesnya cepet (entah karna asal2an atau memang begitu?).
Yang bikin tambah kecewa:
1. Selama proses potong rambut, ibunya kayak ngelakuin seadanya (yg saya tangkep dr obrolannya sama pegawai yg lain, gesturnya, sama cara motong rambut saya, ibu ini kayak ogah ngelayanin?)
Awalnya ngira si ibu agak ogah ngelayanin karna udh mau pulang. Tapi setelah ngelayanin saya, tanpa bilang apa2, langsung layanin orang lain lg?
2. Pas rambut saya dikeringin pake hairdryer kayak asal2an ibunya, rambut saya berantakan sampe ke depan (hampir nutupin seluruh muka saya) dan ibu2 nya kayak nahan ketawa gitu. Saya liat customer yg lain pas di hairdryer caranya lbh pelan, rambutnya jg tetep rapih, gak ada yg kedepan2 sampe nutupin muka.
3. Rambut saya gak ada dikasih vitamin atau semacamnya. Padahal beberapa bulan lalu (msh di tahun 2022) adek saya potong rambut disini katanya dikasih vitamin rambut dll.
3. Harga 55rb, padahal adek saya 45rb dengan proses lebih lama, dikasih vitamin dsb. Entah karna di hari minggu lbh mahal atau memang harganya udh naik?
Sampe saat ini penasaran alasannya si ibu itu gak ramah dan seakan ogah ngelayanin saya itu knp ya?? Pas diawal udh ngerasa si ibu ini tadinya gak mau ngelayanin, tp saya berusaha berpikiran positif, tp selama proses potong rambut sampe selesai, kayaknya emg si ibu gk niat buat ngelayanin.
Kesimpulan: cukup sekali ini aja ke salon ini deh.
somewhat disappointed with the service, back and forth to this salon:
1. The first time came on Saturday around 4 pm because the towels ran out so I couldn't cut my hair.
2. The second time came right the next morning (today's Sunday) came around 10 o'clock, he said to wait for about 2 hours, asked for no. HP said it would be linked when it was finished. But until 3 pm there was no news.
3. Finally came back to the salon with my sister around 4:30 am, when she said she wanted to cut her hair, one of the receptionists made a "no" hand gesture to the other lady (don't know what this means?). But in the end I was told to wait a moment.
Finally, my sister and I went inside to wait. Not long ago I was told to go into another room to get my hair cut.
Before I cut my hair, I washed my hair first, then cut it, then dried it with a hairdryer, after that it was straightened, finished. The process is fast (either because of random or that's how it is?).
What makes it even more disappointing:
1. During the haircut process, her mother seemed to do what she could do (what I caught from her conversation with other employees, her gestures, the way I cut my hair, this mother seemed to refuse to serve me?)
At first I thought the mother was a bit reluctant to serve because she was already going home. But after serving me, without saying anything, immediately serve other people again
2. When I dried my hair with a hairdryer like my mother's carelessness, my hair was messy all the way to the front (almost covering my entire face) and the mothers seemed to be holding back laughter. I saw another customer when he was in the hairdryer the method was slower, his hair was still neat, no one came forward to cover his face.
3. My hair is not given vitamins or anything like that. Even though a few months ago (still in 2022) my sister got her hair cut here, she said she was given hair vitamins, etc.
3. The price is 55 thousand, even though my sister is 45 thousand with a longer process, given vitamins, etc. I don't know if it's because on Sundays it's more expensive or if the price has gone up
Until now I'm curious why the mother is not friendly and seems to refuse to serve me, why? ? At the beginning I felt that this mother didn't want to serve, but I tried to think positively, but during the process of cutting the hair until it was finished, it seemed like the mother I don't intend to serve.
Conclusion: it's enough just to go to this salon once.
