They have spices such as ginger, garlic chop, etc and delicious sauce for the meat. We can grill the meat with the sauce, it's more delicious! Reguler adult *178K/ person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shaburi restaurant in Jogja, they offer new experience culinary. There are 2 types of service here, one is grilling and second one is boiling. At that time I tried the grilling one. I chose the adult menu. This restaurant is located inside Ambarukmo Plaza Jogja. Its so cozy and nice view. There many of side dishes that you can take anything. This place is all you can eat restaurant. The price for menu is quite expensive. You will get beef, chicken and lamb. Enjoy your meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shaburi and Kintan Buffet in one of the biggest shopping malls in Yogyakarta. I visited this place after they reopened during COVID-19 pandemic and I got to give it to their service process, two thumbs up. They have separated seating areas for Shaburi and Kintan, with a central area for their all you can eat appetizers and desserts as well as drinks.
So far I have only tried Shaburi section, the service people there are very polite and kind. The meat is excellent for the price point. When you walked into the restaurant, you are required to wear mask as well as get your body temperature scanned. If you’d like to enter the all you can eat area you are also required to wear a mask in addition to a pair of plastic gloves provided by the attendee.

Am an avid goer of Kintan buffet, so it was easy for me to notice the difference.
Hope you guys step up your meat game, so that the next time I return, I would enjoy it a whole lot more and update my review ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime, Shaburi Kintan in whatever city we go to, i always eat here with family, especially my papa mama very happy to eat Shabu. With a variety of delicious meats, a complete side dish, a variety of sauces and it's all delicious and filling. Service is also good and humble employees are always helpful. I like it!
