★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah, diantar sampai lokasi. Bahkan untuk perantauan yang masih punya ktp DIY Jateng tetap dilayani. Cuma bensin saat diserahkan kondisi merah. Saran, bensin di strip 1 biar lebih nyaman customernya.
Overall okay but need attention.
 Friendly service, delivered to location. Even those overseas who still have a DIY Central Java ID card are still served. Only gasoline when handed over to red conditions. Suggestion, gasoline on strip 1 to make the customer more comfortable.

pengantaran minta jam 07.00 tp bentrok jd 07.30-08.00 actual nya dtg jam 08.50
pengambilan janjian jam 07.00 actual nya diambil jam 08.20
kondisi motor seperti tidak ter maintain dengan baik, rem belakangnya kendor kurang pakem sampe ditengah jalan sempet kencengin dulu, pengait tali helm sudah tidak ada keduanya
semoga bisa diperbaiki dari sisi unit dan service nya

asked for delivery at 07.00 but clashed so 07.30-08.00 the actual arrived at 08.50
pick-up at 07.00, actual pick-up at 08.20
the condition of the motorbike is like not being maintained properly, the rear brakes are loose, not gripping until in the middle of the road, I have to tighten them first, the helmet strap hooks are missing both of them. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Hopefully it can be repaired in terms of the unit and service
