Each other admin staff who ramah2 buildup early booking also.I baik2 resechedule end of the month because I was exhausted motorcycle accident, diizinin, best pengertian.the this rental mah.kalau was essentially no stars 50 I kasih???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ maaf saya kasih bintang 4, untuk pelayanan sangat bagus dan aman, tapi untuk alat yg saya pinjam itu ada beberapa kendala
1. baterai kamera yg saya sewa mengalami kebocoran, sudah di charger sampai penuh, tapi baru dipakai gak sampai 30menit sudah habis baterainya.
2. lensa yang saya sewa sedikit kotor
maaf saya tidak menyertakan foto, tapi ini yang saya dan tim saya keluhkan, terimakasih, semoga bisa semakin baik untuk kedepannya ?
I'm sorry I gave 4 stars, for the service is very good and safe, but for the tools I borrowed there were some problems
1. The camera battery that I rented has a leak, it has been fully charged, but it has only been used for less than 30 minutes and the battery has run out.
2. The lens I rented was a little dirty
sorry I didn't include a photo, but this is what my team and I complained about, thank you, hopefully it can be better for the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was planning to rent a camera from here yet their respond in whats app was worst. They didn't reply me for two days and when I contacted them again and their reply was "your location is too far" and even not saying apology! You could respond like that faste then why it took two days just saying something awful to your customer. So bad service.
