★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap nyewa selalu ada aja yg rusak kaya wastafel ga nyala Kadang bocor,WC duduknya copot, sebelum disewakan terlebih dahulu dicek apa saja yg kurang dan kerusakannya . SUPAYA CUSTOMER NYAMAN??????
Every time you rent, something is always broken, like the sink doesn't turn on. Sometimes it leaks, the toilet seat is dislodged, before renting it first check what's lacking and the damage. SO CUSTOMERS COMFORT ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dapet unit #1729, Pas baru check in, Kamar mandi udah dalam kondisi basah (dugaan awal baru dibersihin tp ga dikeringin), kenyataannya bau pesing extreme parah. Cuci tangan aja hrs tahan napas. Toilet pom bensin yg bayar 2rb aja ada yg wangi. Sprei nya kotor, baru rebahan lsg gatel2. Bantalnya....FLAT kaya tv, tipissssss. Handuk taunya cm ada 1, tp ya gpp lah ya, kepake jg ngga gara2 kmr mandinya bau pesing gitu. Sebenernya dari dulu2 memang ga mau kalo check in di aprtment krn rata2 milik perorangan dan ga pake housekeeping yg rutin bersihin tiap pagi, tp berhubung check in nya jam 11an dan di sekitar situ ga nemu hotel yg bisa ST, akhirnya memberanikan diri milih disini krn ngeliat usaha ray apartment jualan smp niat pake bikin web sendiri beda kaya yg lain(blog sih sbnrnya). Dan yg selalu di khawatirkan pun kejadian. Dapet jackpot ZONK....
Got unit #1729, just checked in, the bathroom was already wet (the initial assumption was that it had just been cleaned but not dried), in fact the smell of urine was extreme. Wash your hands, hold your breath. There is only a gas station toilet that pays 2 thousand that smells good. The sheets are dirty, just lay down, itchy. The pillows....FLAT like a tv, thin. There's only 1 towel, but that's okay, don't you use it because the bathroom smells like urine. Actually, from the past, I really didn't want to check in at the apartment because they were mostly privately owned and didn't use housekeeping which routinely cleaned every morning, but since check-in was at 11 a.m. and around there I couldn't find a hotel that could ST, finally got up the courage to choose here because I saw Ray Apartment's business for selling junior high school intends to use it to make your own website, it's different from the others (blogs actually). And what I always worry about happens. Get ZONK Jackpot....
