After a short explanation she will take you at the airconditioned room nearby, and from time to time she will consult you with the arrangement for your car. The waiting room is comfortable, and teas and coffees provided for free, allowing you to pass the rather-slow-service done by the mechanics, due to the number of the cars queueing in the front of the shop, waiting to be done.

But the five-star rating mostly goes for its reasonable price. Already checked to several other stores before making visit, and this place offered the most affordable price for a pair of tires.
