Easily accessible and on Setiabudi street. The options include pizza, Korean, Chinese, local TPC and now Subway as well

β β β β β It looks rather run down now, unfortunately. It needs major refurbishments. Buiding manager/owner, please do something about this; otherwise, you will lose to your trendy and hip competitors! Despite the look, food tenants are plenty around. The notable ones or my favourites are Duck King, Pizza Δ Birra, Subway, St. Ali, Gado-Gado Cemara, Sop Ikan Batam, to name a few.

β β β β β Hang out and dine in place that's been around since the 80s. It is well maintained, lots of outdoor dine in and Coffee places. Strategically located in Kuningan area. Still shines even during Covid times.

β β β β β Small shopping mall, but I really like the vibe here. One of the most calming shopping mall there is. The old building adds to the warm and homy vibes, plus the open space in the ground level is very much pleasing.

β β β β β There are still some ex-restaurant's vacant spaces for occupancies. Need more efforts to get them rented out and fully occupied for business to increase customers and business.
It will be left out empty soon if they don't make immediate action. It will be as empty as the office or building next to it (Bank Permata).
