★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, pelanggan sering didiemin. Costumernya kalau ditanya cuek belum dijawab malah sok sibuk pura-pura ga tau, ga pernah senyum dan judes banget. Sangat disayangkan padahal tempatnya bagus tapi pelayanannya seperti kurang menghormati etika pelanggan.
Pernah sekali masuk pas mau beli paket data, yang nglayanin saya bapak2 yang masuk dari pintu belakang. Saya pikir beliau pemilik toko ini. Beliau ramah sekali dan murah senyum. Tidak seperti karyawan2nya yang jutek. Hmmm.
So disappointed with this. I have a bad exp with this store! F*cked up place I never knew...
Bad service, customers are often avoided. The customer if asked is ignorant, he hasn't answered yet, instead he is busy pretending not to know, never smiling and really bitchy. It is very unfortunate even though the place is good but the service seems to lack respect for customer ethics.
I once entered when I wanted to buy a data package, which served me, gentlemen, who entered from the back door. I think he owns this shop. He is very friendly and smiles. Unlike its dirty employees. Hmmm.
So disappointed with this. I have a bad exp with this store! F * cked up place I never knew ...
