★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa. bnrin parts kulkas yg mnrtnya sumber masalah. sdh dibenerin, dgn hrg benerin parts + servis yg lumayan dan katanya garansi. Ternyata kulkas kembali tidak bekerja. Datang kembali dan mengganti parts yg lain, kena charge jg. Tp kali ini suami tidak mau lunasin dl, sampai bnr bekerja. Ternyata kulkas msh tidak betul, dan saya sampaikan lg. Lalu disampaikan lg akan dtg dan mau install alat lg, saya tanya itu berati kena biaya lg? Krn saya merasa sdh habis benerin parts di awal yg ckp besar biayanya. Kok nambah terus. Dan habis itu mulai byk alasan berhalangan datang, sampai akhirnya wa saya tdk dibalas lg.
Disappointed. Look for the refrigerator parts which are believed to be the source of the problem. it's been repaired, with the price of repairing parts + decent service and it says warranty. Turns out the fridge didn't work again. Came back and replaced the other parts, got charged too. But this time my husband didn't want to pay off the dl, until the bnr worked. It turned out that the refrigerator was still not correct, and I conveyed it again. Then it was conveyed that lg would come and want to install the tool again, I asked if that meant another charge? Because I feel like I've finished repairing the parts at the beginning which cost a lot of money. Why keep adding And after that, there were many reasons for being unable to come, until finally my wa was not answered anymore.
