★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respon nya kurang baik, sudah janjian tetapi tidak datang dihubungi tidak bisa menghilang begitu saja. Tidak ada penjelasan apa2, menurut saya salah satu alasannya komunikasi yang kurang baik.
The response was not good, I made an appointment but didn't come to be contacted, I couldn't just disappear. There is no explanation whatsoever, in my opinion one of the reasons is poor communication.
