★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya service EGT 7637 CK krn pemantik kompor susah nyala. Mereka menawarkan utk membersihkan semuanya. Total biaya yg saya bayar 1,37 juta.
2 hr setelah di service, burner kanan mengeluarkan suara ledakan. Besok mereka dtg utk cek. Tetapi kemudian malah semua burner mengeluarkan suara ledakan dan piringan diatas terlempar. Saya kembali lapor tetapi tidak pernah ada teknisi yg dikirim. Skrg kompor saya rusak ke3 burnernya gantian mengeluarkan ledakan setiap digunakan.
Saat saya googling “service kompor electrolux” lgs disuggest ke website ini. Saya ceroboh tll buru2 mempercayakan service ke mereka. Ternyata ada service center resminya. Dan jauh lebih murah. Tetapi kerusakan sdh tdk bisa diperbaiki.
Saya menyesal service di bukan service center resmi.
Hati2 service disini. Sebaiknya cari betul2 service center resmi saja. Saya kehilangan kompor seharga 5 juta dan hrs bayar service 1,4 juta
I service EGT 7637 CK because the stove lighter is hard to turn on. They offer to clean up everything. The total cost that I paid was 1.37 million.
2 days after being serviced, the right burner made an explosive sound. Tomorrow they come to check. But then instead all the burners made an explosive sound and the disk above was blown away. I returned to report but never a technician was sent. Now my stove is broken, the burner turns out to blow every time it is used.
When I googled “electrolux stove service” the LGs were suggested to this website. I was careless but rushed to entrust their service to them. It turns out that there is an official service center. And much cheaper. But the damage cannot be repaired.
I regret that the service is not an official service center.
Careful service here. We recommend that you look for an official service center. I lost a stove for 5 million and had to pay for service of 1.4 million

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikin perjanjian untuk servis kompor jam 5 sore hari ini. Katanya bisa, ada petugas jaga servis yg available. Saat ditunggu di hari H ternyata enggak dateng, ditunggu dan diwa sampe jam 8 malem, baru beri keterangan jam stgh 9 malem kalau petugasnya enggak ada yg bisa dateng. Mohon sedikit profesional, kalau memang sudah bikin appointment dipenuhi, kalau ada kendala diberitahu di muka, customer jangan digantung. Buang2 waktu saja. Terima kasih.
