Sedikit masukan mungkin bisa ditambah masa garansinya...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recommend banget buat yang mau service hp dengan masalah yang berat. device ane Samsung A71 problem di IC baseband sinyal bulat2 n mode planet ngelock berbayang. sehari langsung sehat lagi. thanks buat ASI semoga makin jaya n sukses.. saran biar customer nyaman nunggu sediain air minum gitu hehehe.. ???
really recommend for those who want to service cellphones with serious problems. my device is a Samsung A71, the problem is in the baseband IC, the signal is round and the planet mode is locked in shade. one day healthy again. thanks for breastfeeding, hopefully it will be more successful and successful.. advice so that customers are comfortable waiting for drinking water to be prepared hehehe.. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yaa,,, karena bulak balik sana sini, jarang ada nerima untuk service ic ram (Samsung M21) yang bisa ditunggu. Hal hasil service disini untuk biaya nya 600k lebih mahal 100k dari service yang saya temuin sebelumnya. Overall, untuk pelayanan customer servicenya ramah, tapi perlu diingat untuk cust yang "menunggu" minimal sediain air mineral sepertinya hal nya toko lain (bukan untuk perbandingan), itu cara agar pelanggan nyaman untuk menunggu.
Noted : setiap cust berhak untuk komplain, dan teknisi atau customer servicenya seharusnya bisa kasih problem solving untuk cust yang komplain entah itu hal kecil, seenggaknya ada langkah perbaikan untuk mengecek kembali. Seperti hal nya Samsung M21 dibagian Fingerprint yang goyang dan entah karena teknisi kurang presisi dalam proses pemasangannya (bukan masalah yang kecil) tapi ini mengganggu untuk pemakaian hp nya. Akhirnya, tidak ada langkah untuk mencoba memperbaiki dengan masalah tersebut, cukup membuat saya badmood haha, karena itu saya memutuskan untuk bayar lalu cabut pergi. SIP THANKS AJA SEMOGA KEDEPANNYA ADA IMPROVEMENT DARI MASALAH YANG MUNGKIN SEPELE, TAPI TIDAK TAHU DENGAN CUST YANG ORANGNYA DETAIL UNTUK MASALAH ITU.
yeah,,, because back and forth here and there, there is rarely a receipt for service ic ram (Samsung M21) which can be waited for. The result of the service here is that the cost is 600k which is 100k more expensive than the service that I met before. Overall, the customer service is friendly, but keep in mind for customers who are "waiting" at least to provide mineral water, it seems like it's something from other stores (not for comparison), that's a way to make customers comfortable waiting.
Noted: every customer has the right to complain, and the technician or customer service should be able to provide problem solving for the customer who complains, whether it's a small thing, at least there are corrective steps to check again. Like the Samsung M21 in the Fingerprint section which shakes and either because the technician is not precise in the installation process (not a small problem) but this is disturbing for the use of the cellphone. Finally, there was no step to try to fix with the problem, it just made me bad mood haha, that's why I decided to pay and then leave. SIP THANKS, HOPE THERE WILL BE IMPROVEMENT IN THE FUTURE OF AN IMPROVEMENT OF PROBLEMS THAT MAY BE ANIMAL, BUT DON'T KNOW WITH CUST WHO DETAILS FOR THAT PROBLEM.
