Ah jadi dingin lagi, pelayanan bagus dan ramah melayani setiap pertanyaan konsumen, setiap ada kerusakan dijelaskan secara detail dan kalo ada pergantian dikonsultasikan ke konsumen dulu tidak asal ganti. Dan harganyapin murah dan terjangkau. Pokoknya Spectra mantab banget pelayanannya.
 Thank you for AC Solo Spectra service, AC ru. Ah, it's cold again, the service is good and friendly, serving every customer's questions, every time there is damage is explained in detail and if there is a change, the consumer is consulted first, not just replace it. And the price is cheap and affordable. Anyway, Spectra has really good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama. Memakai jasa pemasangan cctv 5 titik. Yg berhasil 3 titik. Tidak ada kelanjutan. Akhirnya memakai jasa pemasangan lain. Yg kedua, meminta untuk cek karena salah satu cctv yg dipasang blur. Dijanjikan akan datang, namun hingga berhari2 tidak datang. Akhirnya memutuskan minta bantuan jasa pemasangan cctv lain lagi. Sudah 2 kali dikecewakan. Kalo tidak bisa datang tolong jangan dijanjikan akan datang. Supaya kami tidak menunggu lama. Padahal sudah kami tanyakan akan datang atau tidak, supaya kalo tidak bisa datang kami mencari jasa lain. Dijanjikan datang, sampai hari ini tidak ada kabar.
First. Using a 5 point cctv installation service. It worked 3 points. No continuation. Ended up using another installation service. The second, asking to check because one of the CCTV installed is blurry. It was promised to come, but for days it didn't come. Finally decided to ask for help from another cctv installation service. Been disappointed 2 times. If you can't come, please don't promise to come. So we don't have to wait long. Even though we asked if we would come or not, so that if we couldn't come we would look for other services. Promised to come, to this day no news.
